The version of medals and badges needs to be carved and die cast; The surface of the badge will be polished, electroplated with gold, silver and nickel to achieve the electroplating effect; In order to make the pattern of medals and badges concave and convex, we will carry out color painting, UV printing, assembly, sewing and other methods to make the whole medals and badges more abundant.

Mold carving

After the design of medals and badges in the early stage, we used CDR to import into the program of the fine carving machine to compile the knife path for mold carving.

In the process of engraving, pay attention to the thickness of the knife lines. After engraving, compare the mold according to the drawing to see if there is any missing. Finally, the mold should be heat treated to strengthen the hardness and durability of the mold.

Pattern die casting

Install the heat-treated mold onto the punching press or hydraulic press workbench, and press the pattern onto the corresponding copper, patch, silver and other badge making materials. After completion, the Medal Badge is flushed down in the punch with the completed badge shape knife die.

Surface polishing

The surface of the badge is polished, and the smoothness of the badge surface can be improved by removing the stamped shape burr.

Electroplate treatment

Electroplating is one of the most widely used surface treatment processes in production. Different electroplating processes such as gold plating, silver plating, nickel plating and antique gold plating can be selected according to customers' customized needs.

Color painting

The metal fittings that have just been polished and electroplated are only the most primitive metal, and there are no bright colors. We choose different medal and badge making processes such as baking varnish, enamel and anti enamel according to different customized needs of customers.

UV printing

UV printing is to solidify the printing ink containing photosensitizer on the surface of the printed matter by UV drying, so as to form a bright film rich in light and artistic effect on the surface of the printed matter; The surface is convex and elastic, which can better highlight the fine level and outline of the graphic part.

Assembly accessories

After completing the overall production of the Medal Badge, it is also necessary to solder the back of the product with the standard accessories of the badge, or solder the bayonet, bow, helmet, magnet and other accessories according to the customer's requirements.

Gift box packaging
