Process flow introduction of top ten badges

Date£º2021/8/4

Introduction to the process flow of badges we know that there are many kinds of badges, such as paint baking badges, enamel badges, printing badges, etc. as a light and small handicraft, in recent years, badges have been used more and more widely. They can be used as identity and brand marks, and many important commemorative, publicity and gift activities, They often make badges as souvenirs. Many people at home and abroad like to collect badges. In order to let everyone know more about badges, Haixin has specially sorted out the production "process" of badges, which is introduced as follows.

Badge craft 1: Enamel craft Enamel Badge is also called "Cloisonne". Enamel craft originated in China and has a long history. It is to press the designed badge pattern and style on red copper and other materials by die stamping, and then fill the concave area with enamel powder for color insertion. After color insertion, it is baked at high temperature and polished manually until the badge surface has natural luster. The Enamel Badge has a hard texture, and the surface of the badge is as shiny as a mirror. It has gem like crystal, rainbow like color and golden brilliance. It can be preserved for a long time, even for hundreds of years. Therefore, to make high-grade badges, you can choose enamel badges, which are the favorite of badge collectors. The manufacturing process of enamel badges is: pressing - punching - fading - back burning - grinding stone - coloring - polishing - electroplating - packaging.

Badge process 2: stamping process the stamping process of badge is to press the designed badge pattern and style on red copper, white iron, zinc alloy and other materials by die stamping. It mainly uses the convex and concave of lines to show the hierarchical sense of the pattern, and then through micro processes such as polishing, electroplating and baking paint, the badge presents a strong metal texture. Stamping process is the most commonly used process of badge process. Enamel Badge, paint badge and printing badge are processed through this process, and then supplemented by some manufacturing processes. To learn more about the stamping badge process, please refer to the article "meaning and process flow of stamping badge" in Haixin signage knowledge center.

Badge process 3: hydraulic process, also known as oil pressure. It is to press the designed badge pattern and style flexibly on the metal material with a die, which is mainly used to manufacture precious metal badges; Such as pure gold and silver badges. Such badges have always been a treasure for badge collection and investment hobbies.

Badge process 4: imitation enamel process

Imitation enamel is also called "soft enamel" and "fake enamel". The production process of imitation enamel badge is similar to that of Enamel Badge. It is also made of red copper and other materials, which are fine pressed and molded first, then injected with soft enamel color paste, baked in the oven, manually ground, polished, electroplated and colored. It presents a texture similar to real enamel. Compared with enamel, it has the characteristics of richer and brighter colors and more delicate performance. But imitation enamel is not as hard as enamel. The manufacturing process is: pressing - punching - color insertion - electroplating - AP - polishing - packaging.

Badge process 5: corrosion + paint baking process corrosion + paint baking process is also called "rotten plate + paint baking" and "bite plate + paint baking". It corrodes the design pattern on bronze, stainless steel and aluminum plate with corrosion solution after photographing and plate making. Its metal lines are finer than stamping practice, which can show more exquisite patterns, and then various colors in the pattern are represented by paint baking. At the same time, the rotten version badge can also be added with screen printing to increase the depiction of some fine badges, and it can also be treated with glue dropping later.

Badge process 6: centrifugal casting process centrifugal casting process is to make the designed badge patterns and styles into silica gel mold for centrifugal casting. The materials are generally lead tin alloy and pure tin. This method can show finer lines or patterns. The surface can also be polished and electroplated with various colors. The badge can achieve 3D effect.

Badge process 7: lithographic printing process lithographic printing is a printing technology controlled by computer. It can be used to copy pictures, slides, camera negatives or manually drawn drawings with complex graphics and various colors. The copied products are very realistic. The materials are generally copper plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, tinplate and other materials with smooth surface. Now there are many lithographic printing surfaces with glue dropping as surface protection. The products can achieve the printing effect and are a good choice for tourism and commemorative badges. The production process is: Printing - punching - AP.

Badge process 8: stamping + paint baking process stamping + paint baking process is to press the designed badge pattern and style on red copper, white iron, alloy and other materials by die stamping, and then paint baking materials to show various colors of the pattern. The paint baking badges have raised metal lines and concave layers of paint baking area, and some are treated with glue dripping to make the surface very smooth and bright. They are also called drop plastic badges. The manufacturing process is as follows: pressing - punching - polishing - coloring - coloring - electroplating - packaging.

Badge process 9: Casting Process

The casting process is to make the designed badge patterns and styles into steel molds. Generally, zinc alloy materials are used for die casting, and then the surface is polished, polished, electroplated, and painted. The three-dimensional surface of the badge can achieve 2D effect. The manufacturing process is as follows: casting blank - coloring - grinding stone - electroplating - polishing.

Badge process 10: screen printing process screen printing, also known as "screen printing", refers to making the produced badge patterns into silk screen (screen cloth) and printing them directly on bronze, stainless steel or aluminum plates in batches with special inks of various colors. Screen printing is used to customize special products, especially those that need accurate design and are commonly used when the logo is very small. The production process is: Printing - punching - AP.
