Medal making process:

Process 4: blanking. Use the tool mould made in advance to punch down the product according to its shape.


Process 5: polishing. Put the products punched down by the die into the polishing machine to remove the burr and improve the finish of the products.


Process 6: Welding medal accessories. Solder the back of the product with medal standard accessories or customer required accessories.


Process 7: plating and coloring medals. According to the requirements of customers, the medals can be plated with gold, silver, nickel, red copper, etc., then the medals can be colored according to the requirements of customers, and then baked at high temperature to strengthen the color fastness. Through this step, a complete medal meeting the requirements of the guests will be produced.


Process 8: pack the medals according to customers' requirements. Packaging is generally divided into ordinary packaging and high-end packaging, such as brocade box, etc. we generally operate according to the requirements of customers.
