Badge customization process classification

1. Print Badge

Divided into screen printing, flat printing. It is also known as gutta percha badge, because the final process of the badge is to add a layer of transparent protective resin (Polly) on the surface of the badge. The materials used are mainly stainless steel and bronze. The picture on the right shows the bronze back effect. The copper or stainless steel surface of which the badge is printed is not electroplated, but is treated with natural color or wire drawing.

Screen printed badges are mainly for simple graphics and less colors.

Lithography: for complex patterns, more colors, especially with gradient colors.

2. Imitation Enamel Badge

The production process is similar to the Enamel Badge (Cloisonne badge), which is different from the real enamel in that the enamel pigment used in the badge is different (one is real enamel pigment, the other is synthetic enamel pigment, and the imitation enamel pigment). The imitation enamel badge has exquisite workmanship, and the enamel color surface is smooth and delicate, which gives people a very high-grade and luxurious feeling. It is the first choice of badge making process. If you make a beautiful and high-grade badge first, please choose imitation enamel badge.

3. Paint Badge

The surface can be coated with a layer of transparent protective resin (Polly). This process is commonly known as "glue dropping" (note that due to the refraction of light, the badge surface will be bright after applying the glue). However, after adding the resin, the badge will lose the concave convex feeling, but it can protect the logo.

The surface of the imitation enamel badge is flat (just relative to baking paint, in fact, the metal lines on the surface of the imitation enamel badge are still a little protruding when you feel it with your fingers). The lines on the surface of the emblem can be plated with gold, silver and other metal colors, and the metal lines are filled with various imitation enamel pigments. 4. Stamping Badge

Stamping badges are usually made of copper (copper, red copper, etc.), zinc alloy, aluminum, iron, etc., which can also be called metal badges. Among them, because copper is the softest and most suitable for making badges, the lines of copper pressed badges are the clearest, followed by zinc alloy badges, and the price of corresponding copper pressed badges is also the highest. The surface of stamping badge can be used for various electroplating effects, including gold plating, nickel plating, copper plating, ancient copper plating, ancient silver plating and so on. The concave part of the stamping badge can also be treated as sanding effect.
