A party member badge weighs only a few grams, but when I wear it, I feel the great responsibility. March 25, 2010, I will never forget. On this day, I became a probationary member of the Communist Party of China on campus.

In fact, the desire to join the party organization has been accompanied by my student days. My grandfather is a veteran party member, from junior high school, he encouraged me to actively close to the party organization. After I went to university, I received more education from the party and tried to improve myself in all aspects, so that I had the opportunity to join the party organization.

So far, the scene of holding high the right hand to solemnly swear under the party flag is still fresh in memory. The oath of joining the party made me feel how inspiring the power of ideal and reality, struggle and goal is. At that time, I did not understand the true meaning of being a communist. I only knew that we would do whatever the party asked us to do, and we should always strive to be a qualified Communist.

If I really have a clearer and deeper understanding of the party, I should start from walking out of the campus and into the society. On August 20, 2012, through the unified recruitment of the Organization Department of the provincial Party committee, I became a college student "village official" and served as the assistant secretary of the Party branch of Maojiayu village, Xinpu Township, Shimen County. This is also the first time in my life that I feel close to the cause of the party.

In my two-and-a-half-year "village official" position, I actively integrated into the daily work of the village committee, assisted the two committees of the village branch to publicize the rural cooperative medical insurance policy, carried out beautiful rural construction, distance education and learning, and village level broadcasting. I often communicate with villagers face to face, listen to the voice of the masses, provide production and life help for the people, resolve conflicts and disputes... A strong sense of pride and mission arises spontaneously. I deeply feel that the desire to be a qualified party member has been closely combined with reality. The badge of a party member on my chest guides me to keep my concentration and energy in my work.

Rural work is accumulated from small things. In my opinion, if we want to play our talents and devote our blood on the broad stage of the countryside, we must take every little thing seriously with a sense of mission and responsibility.

In 2015, I joined the big family of Hunan rural credit, handled deposit and withdrawal business for farmers at Sanchi counter of Anxiang rural commercial bank, taught farmers to use mobile banking and ATM, publicized basic financial knowledge, and provided efficient financial services for counter customers.

I always think that rural commercial banks are mostly faced with customers in rural areas. We should lower ourselves, lean down, talk about financial policies with farmers in dialect that people can understand, introduce financial products to farmers in the most down-to-earth way, and deliver the convenient services of rural commercial banks to farmers' door-to-door.

At present, Hunan rural credit is promoting the action of "party building, CO creation and financial inclusion". The party members of rural credit system are the mainstay and backbone. This makes me feel more responsible and arduous. We must give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, practice the "front-line work method", sink the focus of work, go deep into village groups and enterprises, visit customers, ask for needs, deliver services, and take the lead in walking through the "last mile" of Inclusive Finance with the spirit of satchel.

Party members' badges are hung on their chests and their responsibilities are shouldered. The party badge on my chest has been with me for 11 years. In my heart, Party members mean responsibility and responsibility. My hometown extols the touching story of Wang Xinfa, a model of poverty alleviation. In response to the party's call, Wang Xinfa spontaneously came to Xuejia village of Shimen County from Hebei Province for voluntary poverty alleviation. He took root and worked hard to help the provincial poor village out of poverty. However, he suffered from myocardial infarction due to overwork and died in the front line of poverty alleviation.
